In line with the CrossFit philosophy our class programming involves constantly varied, high intensity functional movement to ensure you get a great sweat on and never get bored.
We keep our class sizes small, allowing you quality time with our coaches. In addition, we offer a 7 day schedule providing a variety of strength and conditioning, metcon, skills and stretch and mobility sessions to give you a balanced and healthy approach to fitness.
